Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we proudly offer worldwide shipping to all countries. Furthermore, our tracked shipping service is provided free of charge, if your cart value is above $50

Where do you ship from?
Our shipments originate from our partnered factories located in various regions. As a result, if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

What is the estimated delivery time for my items? 
Typically, you can expect your items to arrive within a timeframe of 8-12  business days.

What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX. Additionally, we also accept PayPal payments for your convenience.

How can I track the status of my order? 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to easily monitor the status and location of your package.

When will my order be shipped?
Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 24-48  hours.

Can I modify or cancel my order? 
Certainly! You can make changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation. Please contact us with your name and order number to request any modifications. After the initial 24-hour period, your order will have already been processed, and unfortunately, we will be unable to make any changes or cancel it.

Do I have to create an account to place an order? 
No, you are not required to create an account. We offer the option to place an order as a guest. However, there are several benefits of having an account with us, including a quick checkout process, easy access to order status and history, and receiving updates on new releases and special promotions.
